My Story
Over 2 decades ago, a single Kinesiology session was the catalyst to turn my life around.
I went from feeling lost and without direction to over a decade long career of empowering others both as individuals and as kinesiology students and practitioners.
I’ve been there. I know what it is like to feel lost, disconnected and with no clear path ahead of you that feels aligned or supportive of what you are truly capable of achieving.
How I work with you
Kinesiology
The core of my practice is Kinesiology and i have been a practitioner for 16 years. Kinesiology is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology and works on the premise that the body has an innate healing energy and is always striving to be in equilibrium. Kinesiology is able to access the subconscious body, and by using muscle testing as a tool, locate and find imbalances on a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, nutritional and biochemical level.
Shamanism
I offer 1:1 sessions including Shamanic Kinesiology® Alchemy sessions, Shamanic Elemental Clearings and the Shamanic Kinesiology® Mentorship program.
I also offer group programs as an accredited teacher including Dragon Detox and The Empress & The Dragon® which all include ritual magick, inner temple work and soul constellations®
I have been undergoing extensive Shamanism training for the last 7 years and am initiate of The White Dragon Lineage®.
The School of Elemental Kinesiology
Study from the entry level International Certificate of Professional Kinesiology Practice, the International Diploma of Professional Kinesiology Practice, all the way to the high-end expertise level of Kinesiopractor®. Being a senior Kinesiology teacher for over a decade I am well equipped to deliver an all encompassing, spirited, practical and knowledge base training and mentoring program for Kinesiology practitioners.
