By signing and submitting this form to reserve your place in the Soul Quest Kinesiology 3 month Mentorship Program, you are indicating that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your investment: Your investment for the 3 month training and mentoring program is $3,333 A deposit of $333.00 is required upon enrolment to confirm and secure your booking. 4 monthly payments of $750.00 are due monthly thereafter. Your reservation for your place in the event will be considered accepted upon receipt of either a $333.00 deposit, or payment of the amount in full. If you cancel and withdraw from the program your deposit is non-refundable. All monthly payments beginning from September must be received on or before the 1st of every month. Late payments or non-payments will result in you being removed from the program. If you pay in full at time of enrolment and then decide to withdraw from the program, a deposit of $333.00 will be payable and the balance remaining of $3,000 will be refunded to you. If you withdraw from the program after the 1st September, a further payment of $1,000 will be payable and the balance remaining will be refunded.
