Diploma of Dietary and Nutritional Science
Fad diets abound but you can learn the skills to craft unique, personal programs for clients and clear immune mismatches.
The knowledge & skills from this training will bring you in a huge group of clients suffering from immune mismatch responses, depleted health and vitality, adrenal exhaustion, chronic fatigue, overgrowths, overload of bacteria, viruses, parasites and other environmental factors. There are dynamic detoxification programs for excesses of foreign chemicals, heavy metals, medication interactions, and substance abuse. You will desensitize food sensitivities to peanuts, fish, ice-cream et al.
How you determine and educate when and how often to reintroduce that food again will become a major source of new clients. Also, you will clear inhaled and contact allergens relating to work or the environment. You will learn to do a nutritional analysis, how to improve metabolic function, clear sabotages and review lifestyle changes to reduce the accumulation of negative stressors in the workplace or home. Help balance out blood sugar problems, find the specific activities that bring joy, improve oxygen uptake, increase resistance and attract desired outcomes.
The five home study units in Anatomy & Physiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Pathophysiology are written in a way that makes it easy to learn at home,

“The difference between impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination”
Course - Diploma of Dietary and Nutritional Science

This is the first of a series of four practical units that will develop your skills and expertise related to nutritional health and well-being enabling you to provide clear, informed and sensitive client communication in the area of dietary change. Meridian energy imbalances can be related to dietary needs. You will learn how to identify and provide corrective measures to enhance well-being.
As you complete this unit you will develop your expertise and knowledge in this area and be able to monitor the reaction of the body to any desired addition of a food, supplement or herb. You will realize how foods can affect the emotional state and learn PKP techniques to increase client awareness and balance in this area.
You will learn to perform a nutritional analysis with the client, be aware of nutritional deficiencies or over-exposure to certain foods or toxic substances and assess for the addition/deletion of specific foods/herbs/supplements. Other skill include: ‘integration for organs’; balancing intake of slow/fast vibratory foods, and the concept of sleeper-nutrition and rehydration.
You will use Dr. Riddler’s reflex points to assess apparent nutritional excess or deficiency. You will help clients maintain good blood sugar balance, healthy liver function, and assess their need for lifestyle change.

FAQ’s
-
Yes, you must have successfully passed the International Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Practice which is the first 12 months of PKP training encompassing the Foundational principles of PKP.
-
Yes absolutely. Some of the units that are included in the Diploma of Dietary and Nutrition Science are also contained in the previous legacy structure of PKP, such as the International Diploma of Kinesiology, so you will be credited for those units you have attended and received competency for.
-
All units are taught face to face with the capability to move studies partially online if needed.
All class notes, assessment journals and extra resources are provided online via the ICPKP app which has been specifically designed for easy access and learning.
-
Each unit contains a set of class notes and a SAJ (Student Assessment Journal) which needs to be completed. There is a short online multiple-choice test after every unit which is open book and a practical assessment at the end of the course which you will facilitate on a fellow student.
-
We highly encourage students to attend all classes as the syllabus is a follow-on modality which means that you will continue working with the previous learned techniques as part of the next module.
We also understand that life events happen so a private tutorial would need to be arranged in order for you to catch up at the students expense..
Classes are not scheduled on public holidays, long weekends and school holidays to ensure that you are available to attend all units.
-
You will need an iPad or an Android device as the course curriculum is delivered via the ICPKP app.
